Amigos, por regulación los mensajes que les llegan desde nros cortos se pueden responder con las keywords baja, cancelar o stop y deberían dejar de recibirlos.
Los que llegan de ANIs (tipo modem bulk) son inevitables, habria que quejarse con la Telco y ver si dejan de llegar.

Acabo de descubrir que HandCent tiene black list. Lo uso hace mucho y es muy completo

El onReceive valida el mensaje, ponele que comprobas que el Nro de telefono este en tu agenda para ser considerado util. Si no esta llamas a abortBroadcast y el mensaje se descarta.

Esa es una forma simple de filtrado.
