Title: .NET Analyst with Programming background

Location: Erlanger, KY (10 minutes from Cincinnati, OH)

Duration: 6-9 month contract (renewable 2- 3 years!)

Interview: Phone followed by Skype

THIS IS A STRAIGHT ANALYST ROLE, COLLECTING INFO FROM EXISTING DOCUMENTS AND INTERVIEWING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS

NO CODING REQUIRED for this project but coding background is required.
NO TECHNICAL WRITING or DOCUMENTATION

Serve as a technical resource for a project whose aim is to document every application currently maintained by the Business Systems Innovation (BSI) department.

Specific Responsibilities – The principle scope of applications this resource will be covering are the applications written in .Net
This individual will need to be able to converse in technical language to understand key points to deliver.

The key responsibilities for this engagement are:

· Interview Subject Matter Experts to identify and locate existing documentation

· Review existing documentation for pertinence

· Potential to review and document source code

· Interview application owners, technical leads, and business leads to gather any additional pieces of needed information not present in existing documentation

· Collect and store all pertinent information in a central location for easy retrieval by a separate person who will assimilate all pieces into a single document.

· Self managing and able to Maintain schedule, report status

Technical Skills:
.Net
Will be working with an administrator who will be doing the technical writing piece of the project.

Functional Skills:

· Interview skills (functioning as interviewer)

· Data mining (from existing documents)

· Business process understanding

· In addition, the resource should have a functional working knowledge of, and be able to complete work in the following Microsoft Office tools:
Word
Excel
Visio
Project
