Position  :  Project Manager/Scrum Master
Location :  Atlanta,GA
Duration :  1+year contract 

 

Must-haves
8+ years experience as a scrummaster/project manager
Experience working with an Agile project management software solution such as Mingle, Scumworks or Rally
Experience with a Java development project working with web services and/or SOA

 

Plusses
Scrum master certification
CRM or hospitality experience
QA experience
PMP certification

 

Day-to-Day
This role will be approximately 75% project management and 25% business analysis on the CRM Preference Management project and possibly other projects. This person will need to work with the business owners to create user stories/use cases to cover technical requirements, document these user stories in the Mingle agile project management tool and perform iteration planning with the scrum team. This person will track the project budgeting using Clarity and oversee the billing of hours to this project. This person will work closely with the development, QA and business teams. Additionally this person will oversee a data analyst who will be assisting with business analysis and detailed data level design such as schema modifications and ETL needs. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Automation and will likely extend for longer than 6 months. For the right individual this role can become a perm position to work on future CRM projects. At this point in the project the ideal candidate would be someone who has a mix of Development Management (leading teams of Java developers), Project Management, and was the ScrumMaster on projects of 5-15 people. This person should display strong leadership skills and be able to allocate development resources within the Scrum environment.
