Position  : SSIS Developer
Location : Chandler,AZ
Duration :  3 to 6 month contract

 

Skills:
7+ years database design and administration experience
7+ years experience with SSIS development
comfortable with developing spec and using the tool for extensive reporting
-comfortable writing ETL procedures
-  previous experience with a migration  
7+ years of SQL Server/Oracle experience
preferably strong SQL backend development
has to be recent SQL experience
5+ years in supporting SQL jobs, DTS and SSIS packages
 5+ years experience with performance monitoring, Database and SQL tuning
TSQL or PL/SQL development background
Proven ability to develop detailed data models and entity relationship diagrams.
Ability to provide in-depth consulting services in the identification and resolution of database issues
Demonstrated experience providing support to development team on infrastructure and DBA Support.
Demonstrated experience providing a daily status of application and performance

 

Day to Day:
You will be handling all the activities that surround the management of the current database. You will be identifying business requirements and advising other developers on application statuses. This position will require you to help with design of the new database that is being rolled out later this year. And the most crucial part of this role will be the overseeing  data modeling, SSIS packaging and creating stored procedures for the SQL to Oracle migration.
