Role:                Java Architect.

Location:          Burbank, CA

Duration:          6+months

Rate:                Open

 

Client:

·         Work with client to understand, document and guide new features and functionality.

·         Educate client in a variety of industry trends and best practices with regards to:

o    RIA.

o    UIX - UI Design and Interfaces.

·         Act as client interface to offshore. Client is not able to make many meetings and this role needs to be able to speak as the customer to the offshore team.

 

Technical:

·         Understand the tradeoffs between implementations.

·         Review delivered code.

·         Troubleshoot technical issues.

 

Skills:

·         Understand Scrum and Agile SDLC's.

·         Ability to perform code and architecture reviews.

·         Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.

·         Technical.

·         Continuous Integration.

·         Understanding of Java, Flex and DB's.
