Job Title  : Java Developer
Location : West Chester,PA
Duration : 4 month  contract

 

Required: Java/J2EE, JSP, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, iBATIS, Spring, ClearCase, DB2

 

Plus includes VB/ASP

 

Client is looking for 1 developer, hoping to offer the ability to transfer knowledge skills, so good communication capabilities are important. This is new development. The application is FOL (Forms On-Line) Automation. The intent is to take a manual process and automate it. It is in the Customer Services area. A front office agent takes information from a customer, creates a form with categories which is stored on the Stratus box. The back office agent assigned to this customer then prints off that form and begins to address and provide resolution to the issue. If the customer calls in a few days, with no way to trace, the front office agent then creates another form (redundant). This project starts with screen clean-up to be used by the front office agent, the new form will be stored in DB2, and new workflow processes are to be developed, leaving the front office agent with the ability to trace the form to determine status. Reporting will be a part of this effort on all forms as well.
