MUST HAVES:

·         5+ years Software Development.

·         2+ years experience developing w/ Visualforce or Apex.

·         Can come from Java, Javascript, Ajax, or .net background.

·         GREAT communication, team player, someone who can hit the ground running.

PLUSSES:

·         Understanding of web 2.0 techniques and standards.

·         Experience with Salesforce.com's ServiceCloud.
