Position      : Sr.Project Manager
Location     :  1 in St. Louis,MO and 1 in Charlotte,NC
Duration     : 12 to 18 Month Contract

 

Must Haves:
5-7 Years of Infrastructure Project Management Experience
Previous work history working in the financial sector
Ability to report status and gather requirements from senior executive stakeholders
Call center specific project experience (implementation, relocation or technical upgrade)
Strong understanding of call center performance metrics, routing and workflow
Equally strong knowledge of call center technology and infrastructure

 

Pluses:
Experience working within a Brokerage house
Call center relocation experience
