Position Comments:

This is a request for a Multiline Infrastructure Support Engineer for Multiline Systems Team.

Job Description:

·         Acts as a secondary response for technical support.

·         Provides for complex products, including escalated issues, mainly to end users, along with developers and corporate customers.

·         Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media.

·         Works independently with limited supervision.

·         May provide technical training, coaching and mentoring to other engineers.

·         May act as substantial technical resource in certain product areas.  (3-5 year experience)

This position will provide support to the Multiline application deployment and release processes, and provide first-line, incident response coverage and triage of services, systems and applications.  This position will also play a key role in account administration, release management, and response to and resolution of operational incidents.

Required:

·         Must be located in the Chevy Chase, MD or Fredericksburg, VA geographical area.

·         Must have excellent customer service skills, both in person, over the phone and through written communication.

·         Strong analytical skills for problem solving as well as for creation of project artifacts.

·         Experience with VMware and Hyper-V.

·         Experience with SQL Server 2005/8.

·         Experience working with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server Administration.

·         Experience with MS Build and Team Foundation Build.

·         At least 3 years' experience with Windows Server 2003/2008, IIS 7,and Scripting with Microsoft Powershell.

·         Proven track record working with BizTalk 2006/2010 is Optimum.

·         Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Suite (SCOM, SCVMM, and SCCM preferred).

Educational requirements:

·         MCSE or B.S in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
