El mensaje dice: (perdon si parafraseo un poco)

En el transcurso de las las últimas semanas, tu y millones de personas mas de todas partes del mundo tomaron acción a favor de una Internet libre. Tu voz fue oída.

Algunos gobiernos pensaron en usar la reciente reunión de la unión internacional de telecomunicaciones para incrementar la censura y regulación de la Internet. Al final de esta reunión  el viernes pasado, 89 países firmaron el tratado mientras que 55 dijeron que no firmarían o que se necesitaba revisar algo mas. Nosotros estamos del lado de los países que se rehusaron a firmar, nosotros estamos de tu lado.

Pensamos en agradecerte por tus acciones en las últimas semanas. Tu voz ayudó a lograr una luz en un proceso que de otra manera hubiera sido muy oscuro, y ayudaste a que el tema de la libertad en Internet sea un tema importante a nivel global.

Con tu ayuda podemos continuar ayudando a asegurar que los gobiernos solos no dirijan el futuro de Internet. Gracias.

No entiendo una cosa. El hecho de que este en verde ahi significa que Argentina esta a favor de imponer estas restricciones a internet?
