Role:                Kronos Workforce management consultant

Location:          Issaquah, WA.

Duration:          6+ months

 

Resource Request:

·         7+ years of experience.  

·         Strong experience in KRONOS (Windows version), WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), SQL DB/Queries, XML and KRONOS Web Services.

 

Technical Competency:

·         Tech Lead with experience in leading and developing, testing and supporting applications in iSeries.

·         Highly skilled in Kronos Workforce Central Suite v6.x and WIM with components - Workforce Time Keeper, Scheduler & Analytics.

·         Sound understanding of MS SQL DB, SQL Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, XML and Kronos Web Services.

·         Good understanding of software development lifecycle processes.

 

Analysis and solution design:

·         Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

·         Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.

·         Assists in planning and executing patch updates and upgrades.

 

Communication:

·         Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings.

·         Provide guidance to other designers and coders.

·         Strong communication in general.

 

Client Management:

·         Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

·         Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

·         Manage client expectations effectively.
