Position : Data Analyst
Location : Franklin, TN
Duration : 6 month contract with extension -- Green Card and Citizens only -- Rate $30/Hour

Must Haves:
experience in an analyst role must be extremely analytical working knowledge of SQL
great communicator with the ability to work with various departments (they will be working with a very demanding client and needs to have great communication and problem resolutions skills)
ability to connect various data tables
ad hoc reporting building scripts
Within the database, the ability to look at code, write their own SQL Queries

Role
This person will be responsible for data loading and mapping; system setup and configuration; and functional processes. Identifying enterprise-wide information needs (over 10,000,000 members) and assessing data integrity and analyzing data gaps.
Data analysis for eligibility, medical and Rx claims, provider, utilization, lab, biometric and employer data - to verify use in HWAYS production systems and ability to meet financial obligations
Setting up customer configurations and developing SQL queries
Participate in\lead appropriate internal customer meetings or conference calls
Provide support for/research internal data issues and questions
Validation and signoff of internal processing
Responsible for one-off data fixes and other special requests
Responsible for operational processing if necessary when required for one-off situations
Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical internal customers
Mentor other data analysts on the team
Support use of standard processes and initiate standard processes when one is not available
